Declaration of 5th guarantee by congress

ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಬಹಿರಂಗ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್​ ನಾಯಕ ರಾಹುಲ್​ ಗಾಂಧಿ, ಪಕ್ಷದ 5ನೇ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿಯನ್ನು ಘೋಷಣೆ (5th Guarantee by Congress) ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು.
